Odors in the tent and the sleeping bag
It happens that sleeping bags or tents are not thoroughly dried before being stored at the end of the season. The result is the smell of dampness and odors even traces of mold in a tent or sleeping bag.
Tips:
For removing musty smell (moisture), sprinkle a sleeping bag or tent with baking soda and let it work for 12 to 24 hours. Then simply remove remains with a strong shake.
Traces of mold sprinkle with baking soda and let it operate about 10 minutes. Then rub with a damp sponge and finally rinse and dry well.
Tips:
Before re-store the tent and sleeping bag in the cellar or pantry, sprinkle them with a layer of baking soda. The beginning of the next season will welcome you dry and odorless and without traces of fungal.
